Photo & Video Release

Codiac Vikings Aquatic Club (CVAC) coaches may use photographs and/or video (above or below water) as a training tool for correcting swimming techniques. This would occur in an open and observable environment and these training photographs and videos would not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the swimmer and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s).

In addition, CVAC often takes pictures or videos of our swimmers and parents at club events and meets for use on our website, presentations and/or public relations purposes. Some of these pictures and videos may be shared with Swimming/Natation Canada (SNC) and/or Swimming NB for use on their websites, publications and/or for public relations purposes while both these organizations may also take their own pictures and videos at provincial or national events for the same uses.

I hereby consent to the collection and use of my and/or my child(ren)'s images in both still and video form as described above by Swimming/Natation Canada (SNC) and/or Swimming NB and/or the Codiac Vikings Aquatic Club (CVAC).

I understand that I may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting the CVAC Team Manager. The Team Manager will advise the implications of such withdrawal.
